Celebrate Your Big Day with a Sports Party Like No the Ascension St. John Sportsplex

Make your child’s birthday unforgettable at Ascension St. John Sportsplex! We set up. We clean up. You have fun! Our party hosts will run the activities and take care of everything to ensure your guests have a blast. A Ascension St. John Sportsplex staff member will be supervising your party at all times. They will set up, clean up and run the party for you. Enjoy 75 minutes of supervised activity followed by 45 minutes of cake, food and presents in the party room. Don’t worry about clean-up; we will take care of everything, so you can just enjoy the celebration!

SPORTSPLEX BIRTHDAY PARTY PACKAGES

TURF PACKAGE / $450

  • 2 Hours – 1.5 hours turf time & 30 minutes in party area
  • (4) Large one-topping pizzas
  • (25) 20oz drinks
  • Sports equipment and info
  • Game ball (plus Sharpie for participant signatures, if desired)
  • Set up / Clean up
  • Self -serve hydration station with jug of Gatorade and ice water
  • Party supplies provided include sports themed napkins, cups, forks, table cloth, plates for pizza and cake.
  • 18 participants
  • Each additional participant is $10 each which includes sports equipment, drink, and extra pizza slices.
  • Package Add-Ons:
    • Coach/Referee add-on $40 for turf time (1.5 hours)
    • Additional hour on turf field is $75 per hour
    • 25 Personalized Birthday Invitations for $40.00
    • Pizza add-on @ $15 per each additional pizza
    • 20oz drink add on @ $2 per additional drink
    • Bounce House Rentals available upon request. Additional fees may apply.
  • Options include: Flag Football, Soccer, Dodgeball, Ultimate Frisbee, Dodgeball, Wiffle Ball, and more…

  • 2 Hours – 1.5 hours court time & 30 minutes in party area
  • (3) Large one-topping pizzas
  • (12) 20oz bottles of Pepsi bottled products
  • Self -serve hydration station with jug of Gatorade and ice water
  • Game ball (plus Sharpie for participant signatures, if desired)
  • Sports equipment and info
  • Set up / Clean up
  • Party supplies provided include sports themed napkins, cups, forks, table cloth, plates for pizza and cake.

PARTY FAQS

IS THERE A DEPOSIT

Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE?

All remaining balances and food selections must be paid for and finalized at minimum 7 days before the event date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT PAY OUR BALANCE?

If the remaining party balance is not paid in full 7 days before the party date, you will forfeit your $100 security deposit and your reservation slot.

CAN I SECURE MY DATE AND CALL BACK TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?

To secure your reservation date and time, you must pay the $100 security deposit, no reservations will be created until the security deposit is received. After payment is received you may call back another time to finalize the rest of the party payment and details.

CAN I BOOK A PARTY LAST MINUTE?

Yes, however, party requests made within 7 days or less of the desired party date are subject to availability.

CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL PLAY TIME?

Yes, you may book additional time and space:

60 minutes – $50

Additional time and space are subject to availability


HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE WE ALLOWED?

The maximum number of children is dependent upon the party level selected. There is a max of 25 children per party room (yes, siblings count per party room). If you would like to hold a party that exceeds 25 children, please contact the Youth Programs Manager, the facility may accommodate parties up to 40 guests

IS A PARTY HOST INCLUDED?

Yes. A dedicated Sportsplex staff will be helping take care of your party from start to finish.

The Party Host is included in the price and if you do not want one, we will honor that request, but the price will remain the same.


AM I ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?

Only the following items are allowed:

  • Cake/cupcakes and ice cream (dessert foods)
  • Bottled water

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD MORE FOOD THE DAY OF THE PARTY?

You may request additional items day of, but ordering additional food the day of may not be available based on current inventory. If you would like to order additional food day of, please go directly to the concessions stand and place your order and pay there.

DOES THE SPORTSPLEX HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR US TO USE?

Yes. Please select your three activities when booking, and we will make sure to have the items ready for play..
