PARTY FAQS
WHAT ADD-ONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES?
- Additional Participant – $10 each
- Additional Hour of Turf or Court Time – $100
WHAT SPORTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR PARTIES?
Soccer, Flag Football, Basketball*, Volleyball*, Dodgeball, Wiffle Ball
*Basketball & Volleyball are available with court rentals only
IS THERE A DEPOSIT?
Yes. A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a party.
WHEN IS MY BALANCE DUE?
All remaining balances and food selections must be paid for and finalized at minimum 7 days before the event date.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DO NOT PAY OUR BALANCE?
If the remaining party balance is not paid in full 7 days before the party date, you will forfeit your security deposit and your reservation slot.
CAN I SECURE MY DATE AND CALL BACK TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?
To secure your reservation date and time, you must pay the $200 security deposit, no reservations will be created until the security deposit is received. After payment is received you may call back another time to finalize the rest of the party payment and details.
CAN I BOOK A PARTY LAST MINUTE?
Yes, however, party requests made within 7 days or less of the desired party date are subject to availability.
CAN I BOOK ADDITIONAL PLAY TIME?
Yes, you may book additional time and space:
60 minutes – $100
Additional time and space are subject to availability
HOW MANY CHILDREN ARE WE ALLOWED?
The maximum number of party participants is 25. If you would like to hold a party with more participants, please contact the Party Coordinator at asjparties@gmail.com.
IS A PARTY HOST INCLUDED?
A dedicated host is assigned to set up and clean up after your party and answer any questions along the way.
AM I ALLOWED TO BRING OUTSIDE FOOD?
Only the following items are allowed:
- Cake/cupcakes and ice cream (dessert foods)
- Bottled water
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD MORE FOOD THE DAY OF THE PARTY?
You may request additional items day of, but ordering additional food the day of may not be available based on current inventory. If you would like to order additional food day of, please go directly to the concessions stand and place your order and pay there.
DOES THE SPORTSPLEX HAVE EQUIPMENT FOR US TO USE?
Yes. Please select your three activities when booking, and we will make sure to have the items ready for play..
