Nine thousand square feet on a single floor — free weights, a full machine circuit, a cardio deck, and two studios. Everything in one room, so you are not hunting between floors for the rack you need.

The Main Floor
Everything on one level
Squat platforms and Olympic benches sit alongside the machine circuit, with the dumbbell wall running the length of the mirrors. A wood lifting platform anchors the corner for cleans and deadlifts.
Strength
Racks, benches and a full machine circuit
Over twenty selectorized machines cover every major movement — converging chest press through hack squat, leg press, rotary hip and glute machine. An 8-stack multi station handles cable work, and there are seven benches across the free weight area.
Dumbbells run from 5 up to 125 pounds.
Cardio
Treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters and bikes
Matrix cardio equipment lines the front of the room, each machine with its own console. Upright and recumbent bikes sit alongside, and two rowing machines are on the strength side.
Studio B
HIIT and boxing
Title Boxing heavy bags hang from functional rigs fitted with TRX straps, with dumbbells, medicine balls and kettlebells along the wall. HIIT runs Monday afternoons and boxing work happens here throughout the week.
Open Training
Room to actually move
The studio floor stays clear for functional work — battle ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls and space to swing them. Studio A next door is the cycle studio, and opens up as free floor space whenever a class is not running.
