School’s Out. Fun Is In! Recreational Camps at the Sportsplex

Looking for a fun, safe, and active way to keep your child engaged while school is out? Ascension St. John Sportsplex in Tulsa, OK offers Recreational Camps for kids ages 5–12, filled with games, activities, creativity, and plenty of fun!

Our recreational camps give kids the chance to play, explore, create, and make new friends in a fun and welcoming environment. Each day features a variety of activities, including indoor and outdoor games, sports and active play, team challenges, crafts, special activities, movies, and more. No two days are exactly alike!

Campers will stay active while building teamwork, confidence, creativity, and social skills through a variety of age-appropriate activities led by our experienced and encouraging staff.

Whether they’re racing through a team challenge, creating a craft, playing a game, enjoying time outside, or relaxing with a movie, there’s always something fun happening at the Sportsplex.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Ages: 5-12

  • Gender: Coed

  • Day-Camp: 9:00am – 1:00pm

  • Registration can be completed online, or in-person (101 E 81st St S, Tulsa, OK 74132)
  • Drop off is at 9:00am (we start accepting at 8:45am sharp) and Pick up is at 1:00pm.
  • YOU MUST check-in/check-out your child at the table, they can not walk in on their own.
  • A non-refundable administration fee of $15 is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.

CAMP DETAILS

Autumn Adventure Camp
November 23–25 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Autumn Adventure Camp gives kids three fun-filled days of active games, team challenges, fall-themed crafts, and special activities. Each day offers something different, including indoor field games, creative projects, and a movie on the final day.

Christmas Countdown Camp
December 21–23 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Christmas Countdown Camp combines active play with festive holiday fun. Campers will participate in Elf Training, Reindeer Games, team challenges, Christmas crafts and keepsakes, plus hot chocolate and a Christmas movie on the final day.

Holiday Huddle Camp
December 28–30 | 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Holiday Huddle Camp keeps kids active and engaged during winter break with court sports, indoor field games, skill-building activities, winter-themed games, and team challenges. Each day will feature a different mix of activities as campers finish the year with plenty of movement and fun.

Each camp is $65 per day, and families can register for one, two, or all three days. Lunch and a snack will also be provided.

LUNCH & SNACKS

Lunches
Our concession team has put together a menu of various/pre-selected choices conducive to children for the week.

If you choose not to participate in the lunch provided for campers, please ensure they have lunch each day and all lunch boxes are clearly marked with your child’s name.

Snacks
Snack breaks are offered in the morning. Snacks are provided. If you choose to bring your own snack, be mindful of allergies that other children may have. Label all food items and lunch boxes with your child’s name.
