Designed for kids ages 5–12, our action-packed summer camps offer a fun and active way to stay engaged during the school break. From basketball and volleyball to flag football and more, your child will enjoy a variety of exciting sports and games, all under the guidance of our experienced and encouraging coaches.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Ages: 6-12

  • Gender: Coed

  • Day-Camp: 8:00am – 5:00pm

  • Registration can be completed online, over the phone 240-513-7510, or in person (290 E Memorial Blvd, Hagerstown, MD 21740).
  • Drop off is at 8:00am (we start accepting at 7:45am sharp) and Pick up is at 5:00pm.
  • Camp Check-in is located at the front reception desk at the Field House.
  • YOU MUST check-in/check-out your child at the table, they can not walk in on their own.
  • A non-refundable administration fee of $15 is required for program registration. This admin fee is good for one year, once paid, covers all admin costs for all programs for the year. The admin fee must be paid prior to registration, or you will receive an error.

LUNCH & SNACKS

Lunches
Our concession team has put together a menu of various/pre-selected choices conducive to children for the week.

  • Monday: Turkey & Cheese roll-up, applesauce, chips, Gatorade or water. Snack: Cheese stick & Crackers
  • Tuesday: Ballpark style hotdog, pineapples, chips, Gatorade or water. Snack: Pretzels & Fruit Gummies
  • Wednesday: Lunchbox kabobs, oranges, chips, Fruit gummies, Gatorade or water. Snack: Graham crackers, cream cheese spread
  • Thursday: Chicken tenders, chips, cookies, Gatorade or water. Snack: Yogurt & Fruit
  • Friday: Pizza slices, applesauce & brownie, Gatorade or water. Snack: Ice cream party

*Our menu is tentative based on concession inventory.

If you choose not to participate in the lunch provided for campers, please ensure they have lunch each day and all lunch boxes are clearly marked with your child’s name.

Snacks
Snack breaks are offered in the morning and afternoon. Snacks are provided. If you choose to bring your own snack, be mindful of allergies that other children may have. Label all food items and lunch boxes with your child’s name.
