Ascension St. John Sportsplex invites you to join our Tuesday Night Men’s Basketball League—the premier destination for competitive adult basketball in Tulsa.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, compete with friends, or relive your glory days on the hardwood, this league offers the perfect combination of competition, camaraderie, and fun.

Teams will compete once per week on Tuesday evenings in a structured league format featuring an 8-game guarantee, including playoffs. With schedules released in advance and games played in a first-class facility, it’s easy to build your week around league night.

PROGRAM INFORMATION

SEASON INFORMATION

  • League Details
    • Games played on Tuesday evenings
    • 8-game guarantee (including playoffs)
    • All teams advance to the postseason tournament
    • Minimum roster size: 5 players
    • One scheduled game per week
    • Full season schedule released prior to league play

    League Experience

    • Competitive adult basketball in a first-class facility
    • Opportunity to compete against teams from across the Tulsa area
    • Organized league structure with standings, playoffs, and championship competition
    • Consistent weekly schedule designed to fit around work and family commitments
    • Championship team earns a cash prize (subject to league participation numbers)

HOW TO REGISTER

  • Registration Information
    • Register as a full team or as an individual (free agent)
    • Participants must be 18 years of age or older

    Team Registration

    If registering a new team:

    • Select “Register a Team”
    • Enter your team name
    • Register yourself as the Team Captain/Manager

    Joining an Existing Team

    • Select “Join a Team”
    • Enter your team’s registration code (provided by your captain)

    Individual (Free Agent) Registration

    • Register as an individual and we will work to place you on a team
    • Free agents may be grouped together to form a team if sufficient interest exists
    • You may request to be placed with specific players when registering

    Additional Notes

    • Players added to teams must be approved by the Team Captain and/or league staff
    • Team spots are limited and registration will remain open until the league reaches capacity

LEAGUE POLICIES

Check-In

  • All players must check in with league staff prior to each game.
  • Only players listed on the team’s official roster are eligible to participate.
  • League staff reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any time throughout the season.

OTHER POLICIES

  • Payment & Refund PolicyTeam Payment Requirement:
    Prior to the first game of the season, a minimum of five (5) players per team must be paid in full for the team to be eligible for participation.Refunds:
    Refunds will only be issued in the event of a league or game cancellation by league staff.

    Refunds or credits may be considered for medical exemptions with valid documentation, subject to league approval.
